Here is my new SteppIR safe home in the back of my old truck. The coax is some that I took down off the tower. I am getting ready to take it to the garbage dump. I am replacing all coax on the tower with LMR-400 ultra- flex
It's my antenna for sure it says so on the box.
The box on end just to show you the size of the box. It is all in there.
All neatly packaged in the box, no more packaging chips to mess things up. All nicely organized and protected.
The 6 fiberglass telescoping elements

The 4 parts of the boom needed on a 3 element SteppIR
All of the pieces except for the elements. Everything was there to complete the building of the antenna. Not really that many parts when you see them all in one place and it is certainly not hard to put it together.
This is the boom with just one motor placed on the boom. Please excuse the looks of my lawn. It has not recovered from the Winter yet.
The boom with the rest of the SteppIR motor assemblies on the boom
This is the tube where all the wires from the 3 motors and the control cable to the controller are all tied together. In this picture the antenna is upside down. The tube is left open on the part where the cables comes through so that any accumulated moisture will come out.
The completed boom ( upside down of course at this point).
The completed 3 element SteppIR all tested and ready to go up the tower. It took me small parts of 3 days to complete the antenna build. I wanted to take it slow. Anyone could have easily completed the antenna build in one day. I just have the time and the tower guys were not going to be here for some time, so I took my time and double checked everything.
