Types of Supports needed to put my tower on small city lot

This support is 8 feet above ground with 7 feet below ground. It is a 6 inch steel pipe that is completely incased with reinforced concrete all the way down to the bottom of the hole. The pipe is also filled with concrete. I put my call letters on each of the supports by printing big letters on my computer and making wood cutouts and  putting them in the forms that I pored the concrete into when I built the supports. A tower of this height, 60 feet, only requires 2 guy wires, but I put 3 on just to make it nice and strong and study. The tower does not move even when working on the top.
